Wode Maya, who always stays at Haven Homes whenever he visits Nigeria, once jokingly remarked in an earlier video that he would love to have a street named after him just like many of the celebrities and highly connected individuals who reside in our estates.
But beyond the joke, his video had a real impact. Following the previous features, Haven Homes received an overwhelming number of inquiries and calls from prospective homeowners. The demand was so strong that we had to acquire additional land to meet the surge in interest.
In appreciation for the visibility and business growth his video helped spark, and in recognition of his inspiring work across Africa, Haven Homes has honored Wode Maya by naming a street after him.
In a recent video, Wode Maya shared his excitement at seeing this wish come true, calling it a special moment that further reinforces Haven Homes’ reputation as “the celebrity estate of Nigeria.”
